-No sugary snacks
-No carbs except for at breakfast (whole wheat/oatmeal)
-One treat under 100 calories a day

I went away to college this January thinking "Of course I eat healthy... I don't have to worry about gaining the average fifteen pounds when you're out on your own." Well somehow the late nights and people always making cookies took its toll on me! My goal is to get back to 155 pounds by the end of the year. In this blog I'll keep track of the daily progress and also what I'm eating and doing for exercise. I think it will help me focus on acheiving that goal.
