Day 1 - 168 lbs.

So today I woke up late and had to get to the orthodontist. I didn't end up eating breakfast until 10:00am:

Late Breakfast:
-Slice of Zuchinni Bread
-A few pickles
-A slice of cheese

Exersize: Ran two miles

Lunch:
-whole grain goldfish/cheetos
-cherry tomatoes

Snack:
-oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
-slice of cinnamon raisin bread

Other snack:
-celery
-mojo energy bar
-angel food cake with strawberries
-cheese with baby goldfish

Exercise: six sets of stairs at the airport

...All in all, not my best day. Tomorrow will be better - I promise!
