Day 3 - 168 lbs.

Well I just assume i'm still 168 lbs. because we don't have a scale haha... so maybe tonight i'll go buy one.

Breakfast:
-Vanilla wafers
-Oatmeal with milk and brown sugar

New Plan

-No sugary snacks
-No carbs except for at breakfast (whole wheat/oatmeal)
-One treat under 100 calories a day

Day 2 - 168 lbs.

Breakfast:
-2 baby spinach quiches
-wheat toast with strawberry jam
-handful of cereal

Snack:
-spoonful of peanut butter and jelly
-green beans

Exercise:
-Dancing with Kylie
-30 push-ups
-Wall sits x3
-Walking a mile to drop Kylie off

Lunch:
-Eggplant parmesean
-Vanilla wafers

Snack:
-chunk of cheese
-two slices of lunchmeat
-goldfish
-bite of pie
-a few peices of candy corn

Day 1 - 168 lbs.

So today I woke up late and had to get to the orthodontist. I didn't end up eating breakfast until 10:00am:

Late Breakfast:
-Slice of Zuchinni Bread
-A few pickles
-A slice of cheese

Exersize: Ran two miles

Lunch:
-whole grain goldfish/cheetos
-cherry tomatoes

Snack:
-oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
-slice of cinnamon raisin bread

Other snack:
-celery
-mojo energy bar
-angel food cake with strawberries
-cheese with baby goldfish

Exercise: six sets of stairs at the airport

...All in all, not my best day. Tomorrow will be better - I promise!
